Amarah Dream Homes – Phase I envisioned by Iraq Dream Homes, LLC will set the standard in Iraq for modern township developments with all the features of international standard of living brought together in a secure gated community that provides a harmonious lifestyle, a dream for all young Iraqi families. A compact community is envisioned that will allow all residents a walking environment with open spaces and green pocket parks conveniently located close to the central civic zone which serves the Phase I and future phases of Amarah Dream Homes with schools, mosques, health center, shops, administration and municipal services. The 362 homes in Phase I will be split into 4 enclaves of approximately 70 homes where the community market, mosque, school and shops are located. Close by a central green, the focal point of the each enclave allows children to play in a secure environment visible from the surrounding homes. This makes household management a non-issue especially for young professionals & working mothers. Iraq Dream Homes, LLC intends to further the development of the Amarah Dream Homes community by building an additional 3 phases with approximately 1,800 homes in total to create a new Residential Township close to the center of Amarah and 5KM from Maysan University.
The homes in Amarah Dream Homes – Phase I are available in four basic plans ranging from 115 – 187m2 and are located on 200m2 plots to suit the requirements of both small and large families. Amarah Dream Homes are perfect for young professionals and their families to grow amidst bright, open spaces with gleaming ceramic tile floors, imported fixtures and fitted kitchens with wood cabinetry. Add to this, the homes are fully air conditioned and heated for your convenience as these homes have been design to maximize the natural light while providing a highly insulated walls and roofs to keep temperatures neutral during extremes of the season. Each home has a gated private yard with walls that provides a secure court space to hold family activities, and room for kids to grow.
The Amarah Dream Homes – Phase I will also include a renewable energy source to power the homes and buildings. Iraq Dream Homes, LLC intends to provide 100% electrical capacity through a partner company to develop and maintain a Photovoltaic (PV) plant to harness the powerful sun to provide all the energy needs for this community. The Amarah Dream Homes – Phase I project may also include a Waste-to-Energy technology to further reduce the demand on the Iraq electrical grid. An alternative waste management source will also be contemplated to remove the trash in a clean and efficient way.
